Upgrading this skill is relatively nonessential. Guard Towers require construction skill 7 to upgrade them to level 10, however, given the relative ease with which a high defense hero with 2m units can crush level 10 Guard Towers, it may not be worth upgrading Construction Skill unless it is to build Guard Towers to defend against against Scroll Bombing.
